Which information must I provide to register?

Why can't I cash my bonus?

However, depending on the payment method used, some intermediaries may charge fees.
For example, some credit cards charge a 4% transaction fee - at your expense.

How long does it take for the deposit to be credited to my account?

Generally the deposit is made instantly, as soon as approved by your bank.
If you make a bank transfer, you will have to wait 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) – required time for the transfer to be credited to your account.
If you still don't see anything on your account, don't panic: be patient, soon you will be able to play wherever you want, whenever you want!

What is a beneficial owner and over what amount should it be clarified?

For deposits or withdrawals of CHF 4,000 or more within 24 hours, the law requires us to verify the beneficial owner.
This means that you declare that you are playing with your own money.

No, money can only be transferred to a Swiss payment account.

Do I need a Swiss bank account to withdraw money?

No, you do not need a bank account. However, you do need a Swiss payment account to make a withdrawal.

Are there any fees to withdraw?

At Hurrah Casino, your money is for fun, not for fees! We will never charge you any fees.
However, fees may be charged by your payment service provider, for example your bank.
To verify this, contact your bank or payment provider.

Where does my withdrawal go?

We only pay the amount of a withdrawal or balance to a bank account registered on your name.
There is no risk of having it stolen!

Can I make payments to a bank account in someone else's name?

No. Even if you're looking forward to a great gift, you're not allowed to make payments to an account you don't own.

What documents does Hurrah Casino need in order to make a payment?

Withdrawals are only possible with a validated player account.

1.A copy of a valid identification document (passport, ID card, driver's license etc.).
The following details must be clearly visible :

  • first and last name,
  • date of birth,
  • photograph,
  • nationality,
  • identity card number
  • expiration date (if any),
  • signature.

2.A proof of residence, in case your place of residence cannot be verified :

  • copy of a bill (electricity bill or TV/Internet bill).
  • statement showing your name, address, the date of the invoice and the name of the issuing company.
  • the date of issue must not be earlier than three months.

Of course, it is possible to hide any information that does not concern us, such as invoice amounts.

Are the winnings tax free?

  • Winnings less than 1 million CHF : the good news is that for these amounts, earnings in Swiss casinos are exempt from withholding tax. Even if your winnings are exempt, you still have to declare them. Check the rules depending on where you live, as the rules vary from canton to canton.

How do I close my account?

Can I play on someone else's account?

To have fun on Hurrah, you play with your own account, and your friends play with theirs! And no mixing!
You cannot use someone else's account; each account is nominative and personal.

Can my account be closed due to inactivity and are there any fees?

Sometimes it's like this, a few short spins and then it stops, like at roulette. In this case, after two years of inactivity, your account will be automatically closed.
By law, if you have not provided your account details and we are unable to contact you within two years, any balance will be transferred to the AVS compensation fund.

Why do I need to send you my personal documents?
